Idan Keren brings an incredibly unique perspective to every real estate transaction. Unlike most agents, Idan is able to speak directly from personal experience as a buyer, seller, investor, builder, commercial and residential landlord, property manager and tenant.
In 2010, Idan, along with his brother and father, started to build and sell new construction colonials. Three years later, when they purchased a building in Midtown East NYC, Idan was already a busy international meeting contractor, organizing trade shows and product launches around the globe. Still, he found time to put his hotel and restaurant management degree to good use. As their mixed-use building was renovated, reimagined, and converted into short-term residences, Idan managed the building’s construction, maintenance, compliance with NYC building code, marketing, and the leasing of its first-floor commercial space. After six years in the field, Idan and his brother then went on to found Keren Homes, a luxury home-building company based in Syosset, Long Island.
As a New Jersey resident and licensed Realtor®, Idan is focused every day on helping people buy and sell properties across Essex, Union and Morris counties. He specializes in top school districts within a one-hour commute of NYC, helping clients find homes and local communities that speak to their wants and needs.
When not engulfed in all things real estate, Idan and his wife keep busy chasing their two young children and volunteering with several organizations to deliver meals to those in need and mentor young community leaders.
